Can someone explain Tongkat Ali dosing to me?

I watched this Youtube clip with Andrew Huberman talking about it on the Joe Rogan podacast. He said to take 400mg/day.
But everyone here talks about the dosing as 2% or 10%? How many mg are in each of those 2 options?
Below is the link to the YT clip.

I mean, could his reported testosterone based success not be mostly from the fadogia? The single rat study that examines its effects on test showed gross efficacy, very possibly dangerous efficacy. (Someone is going to ask for the link - I'm on mobile, going to bed, but the study can be found on Fadogias examine page.)
The study showed testosterone increases in a dose dependent manner up to 6-fold, with 2-fold at minimum. That's pretty nuts. Not that it necessarily translates to humans, but if it comes anywhere close, would you assume that is where he is finding success with testosterone?
Overall MYASD, what are your thoughts on Fadogia based on that study? Again, if the efficacy translates anywhere near what it was in the rat study, the plant just has to be toxic when in the form of a concentrated extract. Really interested on your in-depth thoughts. Would you even test it?

Yeah, could be. My issue with fadogia is twofold. One, it has a lot less data on it, so we don't know how safe it is long-term. It would be nice to have more studies on it. Two, it seems to possibly have non-permanent toxic effects to the testes in rats.

The alterations brought about by the aqueous extract of Fadogia agrestis stem are indications of adverse effects on the male rat testicular function and this may adversely affect the functional capacities of the testes. The recovery made at the dose of 18 mg/kg body weight as used in folklore medicine suggests that it does not exhibit permanent toxicity at this dose.
So perhaps it increases testosterone levels, but is suppressive?
