Can someone explain Tongkat Ali dosing to me?

I watched this Youtube clip with Andrew Huberman talking about it on the Joe Rogan podacast. He said to take 400mg/day.

But everyone here talks about the dosing as 2% or 10%? How many mg are in each of those 2 options?

Let me know how it goes. I am really curious to see how you respond. I have personally tried almost all the tongkat ali out there during our testing process, and found almost all of it to be garbage; Swanson especially. Just try and ask Swanson for any lab testing data, and see what they say.
