L-theanine actually works for anxiety...?

I am one of those we never thought any "legal" substances, pills, herbs, supplements whatever would work. But this one really seems to do the job...?
I take 200mg in the morning and I just feel so leveled out the whole day, like there is a constant inner calm whatever I do and wherever I go. I used to be a nerve wreck for years, always escaping "to a safe place", panic attacks. Right now it feels like none of it never existed, and it can't be placebo because I suffered like that for YEARS, and its gone now. I was out shopping whole day today, for the first time in maybe 5 years, normally I would escape after 10 minutes. I can't believe it, it feels like I got back my life.
There is no "high" or anything like that, just a constant inner calm.
What are your experiences with L-theanine?

We do both 3rd party testing and testing in our own analytical lab. You can read more about that in the below post, and even take a tour of the lab if you would like.
