My experience with ND’s NMN

I bought nootropics depot nmn
capsules excited to try them. I’ve had great experience with NMN before, using powder for a few months.
Unfortunately my body is unable to break through the thick coating of the pills and they pass right through me, out in my stool. This has happened each time I take them, I’ve decided I will likely switch back to the powder.
Is anyone else facing this issue? Thanks

Hey MYASD,
Informing you I just experienced this same thing with NMN. There it was, embedded in the stool unscathed. I know, gross. I didn’t think I had issues in this department. I take other enteric costed products and haven’t had any issues (though I never pay attention.....until now of course).
I suppose I will monitor this.
This is really unfortunate as I currently have two more bottles on route to me.
EDIT: I paid attention. Lo and behold the green tea with piperine was in my next BM. I know it’s crazy but it should be brought to attention. I havent had any issues with my digestion or BM's in recent months since becoming a ND customer. I will continue to monitor. I know you recommended people to see doctors. I dont quite understand what advice or help or diagnostics they would provide or implement here. They arent as receptive to these divergent customs we users partake in.

That's nuts! It happening on both enteric coated products is a good indicator it is the acidity of your small intestine. It should be pretty easy to explain to a doctor, though. You can tell them that you are finding supplements you take in your stool, but only the enteric coated ones. They might need to refer you to gastroenterologist to really figure it out. GPs usually don't get that detailed into GI issues.
