My experience with ND’s NMN

I bought nootropics depot nmn
capsules excited to try them. I’ve had great experience with NMN before, using powder for a few months.

Unfortunately my body is unable to break through the thick coating of the pills and they pass right through me, out in my stool. This has happened each time I take them, I’ve decided I will likely switch back to the powder.

Is anyone else facing this issue? Thanks

Whoa, that's really weird! I've never heard of that happening. You actually see the intact tablet in your stool? If so, there is something wrong with your GI system. I would absolutely see a doctor to get checked out on that. That means you are likely not absorbing a lot of nutrients.
