My experience with ND’s NMN

Original post in this thread

I bought nootropics depot nmn
capsules excited to try them. I’ve had great experience with NMN before, using powder for a few months.

Unfortunately my body is unable to break through the thick coating of the pills and they pass right through me, out in my stool. This has happened each time I take them, I’ve decided I will likely switch back to the powder.

Is anyone else facing this issue? Thanks

I've been getting this same thing with the NMN tablets intermittently. I don't think I've noticed this with the Gotu Kola or EGCG tablets. It's usually partially digested when it does happen, but yesterday I had a totally unscathed one pass through - I did take it close to the same time as EGCG and tianeptine sulfate, so maybe there's too much competition in the intestine?

What does /u MisterYouAreSoDumb take?

I am always trying new things that we are working on. So at any one point in time my stack will be different. However, I do have some staples in my base stack that stay there pretty consistently. * CoQSol-CF * Reacta-C

Why is your enteric NMN 4x stronger subjectively than double wood?

We are the only real enteric delivery NMN on the market, and that makes a big difference in your body's ability to absorb it. There is a reason we set our dose where we did, and that was due to a lot of testing on NMN do

My experiences with high dose (100mg+) tianeptine over a two month period

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp

Replying to solothesensei · A question on the NMN powder for the ND team - as I understood it, the enteric coating is critical for transporting NMN to the intestine for absorption. Since the powder is set

It's not that simple, as people's GI systems are complex. However, that was the dosing equivalent we went with.

Replying to Sherlockian_Holmes · Wonderful. Thank you for the great news! Are you looking into Resveratrol as well? I've looked at bioavailability data for NMN and NR, I am not finding much good information, as i

NMN, Niacin, NAD +, and Addiction

Replying to bronzeagemindset · Is the science really there that shows its that much more effective than large doses of niacin?

With niacin you have 3 rate-limiting enzymes controlling the amount of NAD+ created: NARPT, NMNAT, and NADSYN1. With NMN you only have one: NMNAT. It only stands to reason that you can increase NAD+ faster and to a highe
