Teeth Grinding at Night - Any success stories?

Anyone find any supplements that work to help reduce teeth grinding at night? Pretty sure my sleep is otherwise good (Oura scores consistently over 75, mostly over 80) but I do sometimes wake up with jaw pain from grinding my teeth at night.
My current night stack is 600mg NAC sustained release, 500mg reishi, 200mg nigella sativa, 1 lemon balm tablet, 400mg mag (through 2 doctors best tablet).
Thanks!

I actually ordered some with my most recent order so should get to try it soon. I’m really interested to see how it differs from just taking my standard two tablets of doctor best mag glycinate every night. And yeah, I’ve seen people who absolutely love it and say that they can actually feel it so that would be cool. I’ve never “felt” any mag supplement I just know the mag glycinate seems to have positive effects on my sleep. But I have wondered how much it’s actually doing (apart from some level of sleep benefit) because I still am someone with a lot of muscle/joint tension and stiffness.
I’ve yet to try the SmartPS as it’s a bit under the radar and when I’ve looked into it I’ve just never been super impressed with the research, but maybe it’s worth a try at some point. Also going to give agmatine a shot - seems like a lot of people around here really like it for various things.

SmartPS is one that often flies under the radar, but has strong effects for many people. I always take it if I am on a stronger stimulant for the cortisol modulation.
