Lemon balm extract, oleamide, magnesium glycinate, zinc (at least for me, based on the Sleep Support supplement's formula change apparently some people react poorly), melatonin (to some extent, and even <=300ug doses give me weird dreams), L-theanine

Zinc improves sleep for everyone. The issue is that some people need to take it in the morning to see that improvement. However, good healthy zinc levels will improve sleep in everyone. It's just the timing of the dosing can matter for some people.
