N-Acetyl Cysteine if you take it before you start drinking. Emoxypine to protect you if you have already started drinking. Pyritinol to help you feel better when you already have a hangover. Then the obvious four: water, electrolytes, magnesium, and a vitamin B complex. Dihydromyricetin is a good one to add in after the fact too.

NMN - Worth the money?

Every batch of NMN I have tested over the last year has either been fake, very impure, or full of arsenic. Pure NMN would be worth the money. I have not found it yet.
