Epicor or Immune Defence?

Anyone tried either or both?
ID seems very comprehensive but does cost double Epicor.
I do not get sick often (once a year until recently) but I'm finding I can less afford to get sick, people around me get sick a lot which has been getting me sick lately and maybe I am getting hit harder as I get older.

That's great to hear, thank you for your detailed reports! In your opinion, is there anything on the market besides the Dream 2, that comes close to the accuracy of the Oura Ring regarding monitoring of sleep quality? I researched both a bit and it seems there are countless fitness trackers, wristbands, smart watches, etc that all claim to be the best.

Not that I have found yet, no. This is all pretty new from a home-based consumer perspective.
