Epicor or Immune Defence?

Anyone tried either or both?
ID seems very comprehensive but does cost double Epicor.
I do not get sick often (once a year until recently) but I'm finding I can less afford to get sick, people around me get sick a lot which has been getting me sick lately and maybe I am getting hit harder as I get older.

Oh, while I remember: have you done clinical trials on the sleep formula? That seems like it'd be easier.

Not formal clinical trials, but informal ones using Oura and now Dreem 2. Formal ones are definitely something we are looking into, but we are talking LOTS of money to run a full clinical sleep trial. We are working with a physician here in town that is going to be helping us run some trials on our Alcohol Defense, though. That's a bit easier to run.
