Epicor or Immune Defence?

Anyone tried either or both?
ID seems very comprehensive but does cost double Epicor.
I do not get sick often (once a year until recently) but I'm finding I can less afford to get sick, people around me get sick a lot which has been getting me sick lately and maybe I am getting hit harder as I get older.

Would you say that the Oura Ring is something that really helped you evaluate the effects of supplements, bed time habits and daily activities on your sleep and make improvements or is this more of a nice gimmick to play around with and you could have just sticked with the basics of sleep hygiene? It sounds really cool but 330€ is a lot of money..

It's absolutely something that has helped me evaluate things and see hard data. I thought I slept fairly well till I got Oura. Just because I fall asleep fast and don't remember waking up doesn't mean I am actually getting good sleep. Now I can monitor things every day, and see if a new supplement I added is affecting my sleep, readiness, heart rate, etc. I now know anything more than 2 beers completely destroys my sleep, and raises my resting heart rate through the night 15-20bpm. I never would have known that without Oura. I would have thought it lowered it, but it does the opposite for me. Sure, we are told alcohol is bad for your sleep, but it is another thing to see hard data on exactly why. I leave it on the entire day, too. So I can see my heart rate throughout the entire day, and that is taken into account in my readiness scores with my sleep factored it. It's more than a novelty.
