Epicor or Immune Defence?

Anyone tried either or both?
ID seems very comprehensive but does cost double Epicor.
I do not get sick often (once a year until recently) but I'm finding I can less afford to get sick, people around me get sick a lot which has been getting me sick lately and maybe I am getting hit harder as I get older.

I eventually got it under control with strong probiotics and daily Epicor.
Do you remember which probiotics and for how long?

I started with VSL#3 and eventually moved to Visbiome when they changed the formula. Visbiome is the original VSL#3 formula. I also used them for 6 months straight to really get them to take hold. I only use them on occasion now, like if I need to go on antibiotics or something like that.
