Epicor or Immune Defence?

Anyone tried either or both?
ID seems very comprehensive but does cost double Epicor.
I do not get sick often (once a year until recently) but I'm finding I can less afford to get sick, people around me get sick a lot which has been getting me sick lately and maybe I am getting hit harder as I get older.

Thanks for the very informative reply! Given that the price is nearly the same, too - how do they compare regarding wearing comfort level?

Oura ring is just a ring. So you never notice it. Dreem I would not say is uncomfortable, but it is a large headband you need to put on and take off every night/morning. Oura wins on comfort just because it is a simple ring you don't need to worry about. It also charges much faster than Dreem.
