Really interesting podcast here with Paul Stamets Mycologist, it covers really interesting topics like the neurogenesis effect of psilocybin, the benefits of lion mane, the untap potential of mushroom to help numerous illness. I really was blow away by everything he said, this guy claim that a mushroom trip cured is stutter, which by itself is really interesting nootropic wise.

I found your postings here, I saw that exact same Joe Rogan video recently and kind of on a whim ordered 2 host defense products from Amazon. Lions Mane sounded like it could help me. I tried to research it in a hurry, probably saw your comments but it was all above my head... myceliuem.... testing... beta gluons... anyway, I came back to it, read it, understand it better. Amazon gave me a full refund, and now Im going to order from Nootropics. YAY! Better Quality!
I had a concussion in April 2015 and had amnesia for about 4-5 hours. I had about a 2-4 minute memory and kept asking the same questions repeatedly. I had CAT scans and MRIs done and brain scans were fine. I had my first ever (Severe) anxiety attack 2 days later, and then was fine for 9 months when under the stresses of life and parenthood I developed a general anxiety disorder that interfered tremendously with sleep and day to day function. Its been gradually getting better since Feb. 2016, Im not taking anxiety medication or SSRIs. My mind feels so scattered so often. My anxiety is mostly this odd feeling in my head now whereas in the begging in Feb 2016 it was not mental, but purely just a very fast heart rate and palpations in my head and body 24/7.

Have you ever considered L-theanine or ashwagandha to help with the anxious feelings?
