Because a study showed that semax potentiates amphetamines, and based on other concepts discussed in that study, I suspect that dopamine and serotonin releasers work well with semax, assuming you account for this potentiation and don't overdo your dosages. I've paired AMP Citrate with N-Acetyl Semax Amidate, N-Acetyl Selank, and P21, and--well rested--it's hard to describe how great the experience was. The clarity of thought, memory recall, grasp of complex concepts, and sense of control over the moment (i.e., present-ness) was intense. I think that the serotonergic aspect of the experience might have made it approach recreational levels, which not an area of interest to me, but it nevertheless helped me reach my goals because it made me feel pretty good while drudging through some dry, intimidating materials. That is, it took my mind off the kinds of things that would ordinarily make me avoid doing work that I really didn't want to do, like anxious avoidance of a difficult, unpleasant task with risk of failure.
Note that because we know Semax works well to enhance release of certain neurotransmitters, that doesn't necessarily mean we know that it enhances the activities of reuptake inhibitors. (Some have speculated that AMP Citrate is a dopamine- and serotonin-releasing agent, and my personal experiences confirm that, so it seems like a good candidate for u…
