A little disappointed with Nootropics Depot

Having read so much about MYASD's activity in the forum and how much ND and Ceretropic get love I bought Alcar and Noopept from them. Being my first time i emailed them for the COA's of the two products and also asked them if the sachet that comes in the noopept is to be left there or to be taken out. They never responded. This was about a week and a half ago

Also... the Alcar had a hair in it?

Hey man. First time customer here. I ordered some noopept to the UK and although the outer plastic wrapping was still on, the security seal was broken when I opened the lid. Do you have any idea what could have caused this? I now feel a little hesitant to take it.

We do not use security seals on the powder jars, and instead use the seals that stay in the lid, so that you can reseal the jar without issue.
