A little disappointed with Nootropics Depot

Having read so much about MYASD's activity in the forum and how much ND and Ceretropic get love I bought Alcar and Noopept from them. Being my first time i emailed them for the COA's of the two products and also asked them if the sachet that comes in the noopept is to be left there or to be taken out. They never responded. This was about a week and a half ago

Also... the Alcar had a hair in it?

Don't they update their COA's on display on a batch basis?

We do lot numbers now, to get a lot more detailed tracking for station number, lab tech, date produced, etc. So the COA for the batch number used in the specific lot changes. We just implemented a digital tracking system that will massively streamline the process, though.
