A little disappointed with Nootropics Depot

Having read so much about MYASD's activity in the forum and how much ND and Ceretropic get love I bought Alcar and Noopept from them. Being my first time i emailed them for the COA's of the two products and also asked them if the sachet that comes in the noopept is to be left there or to be taken out. They never responded. This was about a week and a half ago

Also... the Alcar had a hair in it?

Just wanna chime in and said that I emailed them a few weeks ago and they got back to me really quickly. A+ customer service. /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb noted an email problem, so I imagine these are just a result of that.

Glad they got to you quickly! We've had a massive increase in customers and sales the past few months. So they have a lot on their plate right now. We just had a new customer support person start today, and I am looking to hire one more. So hopefully that extra help will give them some breathing room!
