Bad order (first out of a dozen), No COA from Nootropics Depot available:store credit or something, please--no hassle

Howdy, after Nootropics Depot admitted in an email to me to a product degradation problem that was incurred on their end after I brought the problem to their attention, and subsequently, immediately aftewards the said 10g size had suddenly run out of stock at Nootropics Depot. I purchased more (5g size) so I would not be empty handed, but really a store credit or something to that effect is due. I say this because, lets say, after a dozen or more purchases from a customer and something like this arises and considering the circumstances, a no hassle, no problem store credit or replacement does not sound unreasonable. And then there is the issue with me buying more from them without clearing this up first...

Crazy, man. Do not understand the thinking behind that, aside from possibly not wanting to get caught in a lie by sending in the "inactive" Tia, so they refused the replacement. That is the only motivation I can think of.
FTR, I received some Tia today, and also received some this past Monday. Basically, I order it semi-regularly and haven't noticed any drop in quality whatsoever. Have also ordered phenibut and adrafinil. Everything has been absolutely fine. I assume you didn't get any other complaints?

No issues with quality. We do a lot of quality control, and go through Tianeptine very quickly. My team still treats every report seriously, and pulls samples to re-test, just in case. It's never an actual issue, though. The only things are sometimes a cap is loose, and lets moisture in, or it gets crushed/damaged during shipping. In fact, my shipping team has made ZERO mistakes this month on orders. That is an unheard of accomplishment. We give tiered bonuses for limited shipping/packing mistakes. So they get bonuses based on how little things they do wrong during fulfillment. There are always a few when shipping tens of thousands of items a month. This month there have been none! I am proud of my team for doing that.
