Howdy, after Nootropics Depot admitted in an email to me to a product degradation problem that was incurred on their end after I brought the problem to their attention, and subsequently, immediately aftewards the said 10g size had suddenly run out of stock at Nootropics Depot. I purchased more (5g size) so I would not be empty handed, but really a store credit or something to that effect is due. I say this because, lets say, after a dozen or more purchases from a customer and something like this arises and considering the circumstances, a no hassle, no problem store credit or replacement does not sound unreasonable. And then there is the issue with me buying more from them without clearing this up first...

Hey Mister, I just wanted to chime in and say that I'm a person who spends a lot of time researching vendors/products before making any purchases and because of your unusually in-depth responses in reply to questions, comments, and concerns here on reddit, I decided to make all my future Nootropic purchases through your sites.
While you may have had some jackasses stirring up trouble recently, if you read through this thread there's not a single person who believes this addict, and this entire community is on your side. Having a reliable resource like this helps many people including myself who are responsible nootropic users lead more enriched lives.

Thanks for the encouragement! I do get a lot of happiness in reading all the good reports from people that have been helped by something we offer. It can just sometimes be hard to keep that in perspective when dealing with the other side of the equation. Tianeptine is a very polarizing compound, as there are countless people out there that have been immensely helped by it. However, it does bring out a lot of crazies, too. It's a shame, because I would say it is the product that has helped the most people out there. If you could read some of the stories people write about it saving their lives. It's frustrating to know that people abusing it could very well take that away from them.
