Bad order (first out of a dozen), No COA from Nootropics Depot available:store credit or something, please--no hassle

Howdy, after Nootropics Depot admitted in an email to me to a product degradation problem that was incurred on their end after I brought the problem to their attention, and subsequently, immediately aftewards the said 10g size had suddenly run out of stock at Nootropics Depot. I purchased more (5g size) so I would not be empty handed, but really a store credit or something to that effect is due. I say this because, lets say, after a dozen or more purchases from a customer and something like this arises and considering the circumstances, a no hassle, no problem store credit or replacement does not sound unreasonable. And then there is the issue with me buying more from them without clearing this up first...

Sorry you have to deal with asshats like this. Hope you don't cease selling Tia because of idiots like this, but it would be your prerogative and I would continue to purchase other nootropics from you regardless.

Thanks! It really gets old. Literally the very first email we sent was offering free replacements. I had actually already told my team to ship out new ones. They were already going out! Then this person wrote back saying that they would just keep the jars and order new ones, so my team put it on hold. All this person had to do was say "thanks" and replacements would have already been there! It's just craziness. People are their own worst enemies.

The world would be a better place if people just smiled and said thanks when someone tries to help them.
