Bad order (first out of a dozen), No COA from Nootropics Depot available:store credit or something, please--no hassle

Howdy, after Nootropics Depot admitted in an email to me to a product degradation problem that was incurred on their end after I brought the problem to their attention, and subsequently, immediately aftewards the said 10g size had suddenly run out of stock at Nootropics Depot. I purchased more (5g size) so I would not be empty handed, but really a store credit or something to that effect is due. I say this because, lets say, after a dozen or more purchases from a customer and something like this arises and considering the circumstances, a no hassle, no problem store credit or replacement does not sound unreasonable. And then there is the issue with me buying more from them without clearing this up first...

Gives MisterYouAreSoDumb a back massage, reminds him that he's essentially dealing with a short-sighted idiot, that public outcries of frustration are not really the way to go about it and that he's perceived as one of the coolest, reasonable guys in the community and therefore he's respected

Normally I let my customer support handle things. However, this one time I jump in to try to be nice to someone, it blows up in my face. What owner of a company would step in, give a thoughtful response for why a customer's complaint might have an explanation, offer to not only replace the product, but also run the stuff they have through analytical testing for an analysis?
The same damn thing happened with a guy a month or so ago, when he was saying our Piracetam did not work. I wrote a very long response about testing, and not only sent him THREE jars of Piracetam from different batches, but Pramiracetam to try; in case his previous vendor was sending him the wrong thing. His description of the previous vendor's Piracetam was "Very bitter and very strong." So I figured perhaps he got Pramiracetam, which is why his effects were not the same. What does that customer do? He writes a bad review about us, on that Supplement Police site... Like my long thoughtful response was somehow a bad thing, and that we had to be cutting our Piracetam with inert powder. Who cuts Piracetam, of all things?!? We have like 1,000kg of it here at our offices. I just don't understand people sometimes.
