Fasoracetam

Hello /r/Nootropics
I have a couple of general questions regarding Fasoracetam. I searched this sub (I think I read every topic and most of the comments) and a couple other sites regarding info on this substance. However, it never hurts to get more anecdotes. So as for the questions:
1. What have you found to be the most effective dose (dose AND # of times dosed a day)?
2. In addition, what RoA (route of administration) have you found most effective (sublingual or oral)?
3. Have you found it more beneficial taken on an empty stomach or with food?
4. What are the acute and long term effects for you?
I have read anecdotally that Fasoracetam has given people a mood, concentration, and focus boost (general motivation boost, the reason I want to try it). I have also read that it helps with anxiety as well (this is not as much of a problem for me, and not the reason I am looking into the substance, but I digress). Additionally, the effects are supposedly increased as the substance is used more.
Essentially I am looking for any and all anecdotes for this substance; good or bad.

Do you have an idea on what the proper protocol with Fasoracetam would be to restore phenibut tolerance for a long time? I used to take phenibut 2x week spaced out, 1.6g just to get amazing sleep. I did that for like 6 months, it was amazing and zero tolerance developed. Then, during a high stress week I thought it would be a good idea to use it 3x (spaced out, same dose) – but it completely lost all of its magic after that week. Now it seems that I just get its negative effects (upset stomach, brain fog, dehydration, appetite loss) without much of its positive effects (sleep improvements and euphoria/relaxation). I’m not sure if this is a GABAb issue. I was thinking of just dosing faso daily for a full week @40mg, but the reports seem to be very variable. Some need a huge dose of 100mg+, some need a higher frequency of small doses, etc.

Phenibut is a very fickle compound. Tolerance to its effects happens in very strange manners, and is longer-term than other compounds. For Fasoracetam, I personally found results with both lower dosages multiple times a day, and 100mg at night. 20-40mg a couple times a day is going to keep your plasma levels more steady, so that is probably a better place to start.

Ehh, people would get their panties in a bunch if I started regularly posting links to my blog. It's best if I just let people find it on their own.
