I see no reason why it would be dangerous with Phenibut. I would probably not take it with Unifiram/Sunifiram, or strong stimulants.

Fasoracetam does up-regulate GABAb. So it can help with that side of Phenibut tolerance. However, Phenibut also stimulates dopamine receptors and antagonizes β-phenethylamine. So it will not affect those tolerance levels

Ehh, it should be fine with other racetams. I would not combine it with Unifiram/Sunifiram or IDRA-21, though. Also, a good magnesium supplement is a must.
