Fasoracetam

Hello /r/Nootropics
I have a couple of general questions regarding Fasoracetam. I searched this sub (I think I read every topic and most of the comments) and a couple other sites regarding info on this substance. However, it never hurts to get more anecdotes. So as for the questions:
1. What have you found to be the most effective dose (dose AND # of times dosed a day)?
2. In addition, what RoA (route of administration) have you found most effective (sublingual or oral)?
3. Have you found it more beneficial taken on an empty stomach or with food?
4. What are the acute and long term effects for you?
I have read anecdotally that Fasoracetam has given people a mood, concentration, and focus boost (general motivation boost, the reason I want to try it). I have also read that it helps with anxiety as well (this is not as much of a problem for me, and not the reason I am looking into the substance, but I digress). Additionally, the effects are supposedly increased as the substance is used more.
Essentially I am looking for any and all anecdotes for this substance; good or bad.

Thank you for the informative post. And yes my bad reaction to fasoracetam is probably linked to my poor health. I have ongoing chronic fatigue.
From what I can find through years of observation and reading scientific research, I'm getting closer to the root causes of my problems.
Firstly, I think I might have a problem with hypoxia due to muscle tension and poor microcirculation, especially in the upper respiratory area. (thoracic outlet syndrome?)
I also may have problems with cellular magnesium levels. Under certain conditions, which I've been trying to replicate, I was able to absorb like 3 grams of magnesium, and I felt better than ever before. Not only did I get much better energy and circulation, I also got much better neurotransmitter production. I replicated it 3 times over the course of a few months. I was thinking it could be something like X-MEN disease which has poor immunity and impaired magnesium transport through a mutation in MAGT1. Or I could be completely wrong XD.
If this really is the case, combined low intracellular magnesium + hypoxia really sets me up for excitotoxicity. First I get a crazy excess of NMDA activation from hypoxia, and then I have very little free unbound intracellular magnesium to plug up intracellular calcium channels. Then add in the fact that methylation may be impaired, and high amounts of homocysteine activates NMDA recepto…

Have you considered regular Epsom salt baths? You can absorb a lot of magnesium that way.
