What do the 'experts' do and take themselves?

I know that term 'expert' is a little bit vague, but think about researchers and practitioners in relevant fields (neuroscience, neurobiology, psychiatry), the editors of websites like examine.com etc. How do the experts vote with their wallets and deal with the risks? Does anyone know where I can find some insights into the lifestyle, regimen and stacks of people like this? Thanks!
Edit: thank you for the overwhelming response! I think it's interesting to see that there is some overlap (especially Bacopa) between what several experts take. Thanks again!

My body runs on stress and caffeine. Haha
My stack changes all the time. Usually I am just trying new things out, or seeing how different combos affects me. Most recently I have been using Epitalon, Fasoracetam, and Phenylpiracetam. I was also seeing how Fasoracetam altered the effects of Phenibut, or its tolerance. The only constant in my life is change.
