Sublingual noopept with tablets?

I received a free set of Noopept tablets from Smartnootropics, to which I've been taking 10-20mg doses of orally, with no effects.
I've been reading a bit and read that sublingual noopept is absorbed better than oral noopept. I tried putting the capsule sublingually, however the capsule clumped up and the taste of the capsule itself was disgusting.
Has anyone got any suggestions to take noopept tablets sublingually?

Thanks!!
I noticed that there are a few people, who are curious about nootropics but also a little bit reluctant to try them because of well-known reasons. So, I hope, I can make nootropics a little bit more mainstream by stressing that they have been around for a lot of time, by showing anecdotes and reports of people, who actually benefited from using them, and, hopefully, by giving some qualified and personalised advice.
If such people try them and find useful, then some of them may also become interested in trying newer compounds. For instance, after trying plain Semax, they might decide to go for Semax Amidate, and, after having Phenylpiracetam, they might become interested in trying Phenylpiracetam hydrazide.

I certainly agree. I'll also be interested in the information an MD will bring to the community, if you bring one onboard. That would be a cool addition, and I wish you luck!
