Tianeptine Sulfate is VASTLY SUPERIOR to Tianeptine Sodium

Original post in this thread

I have been using the new Tianeptine Sulfate for five days now, and it just blows away Tianeptine Sodium. The timed release effect works perfectly - a single dose lasts at least six hours, if not ten. There are no highs and lows in mood. There's no strong euphoria, and more importantly, there's no crash either.

I have been using tianeptine as my primary antidepressant since last June. For several months, I've been taking about 100 mg a day. The need to redose every 2-3 hours has been frustrating and impractical, so the ability to go for most of the day on one dose makes tianeptine so much more valuable. I find that a single 100 mg dose of tianeptine sulfate kicks in within 15 minutes, hits peak effect from 1-3 hours in, and hangs on for many more hours. It might be able to last all day, but I find myself taking a booster of tianeptine sodium in the evening, just out of habit.

Since the changes in blood concentration of tianeptine sulfate are more gradual, it is clearly much less addictive than the sodium form. (The faster a drug kicks in, and the steeper the spike in dopamine, the more addictive it is.) If and when I need to stop taking tianeptine, the sulfate form will make a…

This is interesting; the makers of Stablon couldn't realize this? Ceretropic is making a world-class antidepressant but won't make the billions off if it as pharma companies do. (Wait, maybe?) Interesting to see where ceretropic goes with their drug design portfolio. :D

I would not be able to bring this stuff out without the research of others. We did not come up with this salt. I did a lot of reading on various research out there, and decided to start with this salt. We just decided to take a chance on it, and see how it worked out.

We will eventually have a proper pharmaceutical research company as well. Over the past few months, I have been registering names and filing trademarks. I am laying the groundwork, so that one day we might eventually be able to have legitimate drug design going on. For now, I am going off existing research; other than the things like phenylpiracetam hydrazide, and my new Semax version. Even then, those are built off the research of other things. However, I am hiring a lot of really qualified new people, and am hoping to form some good partnerships with existing research organizations. So proper novel drug design is definitely on my agenda.

So give credit where credit is due. The research was done elsewhere. I mean, I did think of alternate salts for Tianeptine before I found the research. I even have some cool ideas on how to improve them. I am just getting my ducks in a row legally, before I start down that path. However, the hemisulfate monohydrate version would not be out right now, if it were not for other researchers doing the initial legwork.

No, that should be fine. Just use our standard mail option. That seems to always get there. I just checked our shipping history. Of our last 10 shipments to Poland, only one was sent back. I think the customer did not pa

I never heard from them on it. I have a feeling they ran into the same issue I did, where the lab just keeps dragging their feet till you give up. It's a real problem right now. There are so many new Nootropics vendors g
