Sublingual noopept with tablets?

Original post in this thread

FaxFromKorea · 0 points

I received a free set of Noopept tablets from Smartnootropics, to which I've been taking 10-20mg doses of orally, with no effects.

I've been reading a bit and read that sublingual noopept is absorbed better than oral noopept. I tried putting the capsule sublingually, however the capsule clumped up and the taste of the capsule itself was disgusting.

Has anyone got any suggestions to take noopept tablets sublingually?

Thank you for the invitation, Paul. It's pretty understandable that you don't like me. After all you were the one, who made people in the US familiar with Semax, Selank and some other things. Unfortunately, I think you will like me even less, than you like rupharma or awakebrain.

You have forgotten that competition is good, especially when it makes you decrease the prices or think twice about the advice that you publicly give here to other people. This is uncomfortable for you but this is what people actually want. So, be ready that it will be painful. This is how life works and I am not the issue here.

Also, I want to remind you that not everyone here is after research, some people just need Cerebrolysin because they have a certain condition or their relatives/friends have a certain condition. They want to know how 90% of people are using a particular drug, and 90% of people using nootropics are in Russia. Or they want Mildronate because Sharapova... well you know. I am also fine with research chemicals: I will be curious to see what other things you will be able to offer. I still have some staff from my three orders from you :) Though, if you say something that contradicts the established ways of using a certain medicine I will point it out. I remember one time that you said that Semax should be injected. And people in Russia do not inject it because, well, it is not comf…

I think you are out of touch with reality.

So, be ready that it will be painful.

Painful? What exactly are you implying here?

You were the one that originally got offended by my tone. I am not even sure what you are on about. I don't care that you sell these things. I really don't. You are acting like I am seeing you as a threat, when I am just annoyed that you cannot grow your own business without bashing mine. Just go back through your post history since you launched. It's insane that you feel the need to "correct" things about our products, with no knowledge other than you can read Russian.

Sure, go sell Mildronate to all the people that have no knowledge of it, but just saw a news article on Sharapova. That's fine if you want to do that. However, we are here to advance nootropics. We are not here to do what 90% of the people in Russia are doing. If you just want to be a supplier of Cerebrolysin, Semax, Midronate, etc. to those wanting to try it as prescribed in Russia, great! Go ahead and do that. Stay out of pharmacological discussions for which you are out of your element.

Though, if you say something that contradicts the established ways of using a certain medicine I will point it out. I remember one time that you said that Semax should be injected. And people in Russia do not inject it because, well, it is not comfortable for them...

You know if you actually researched, you would see why people might inject instead of using nasal...

The Nootropic and Analgesic Effects of Semax Given via Different Routes

>Our studies of the relationship between the nootropic and analgesic actions of Semax and dose using different routes of administration showed that the dose–response relationship for the nootropic action is a bell-shaped curve. The peptide produced a more effective improvement in learning when given intranasally than when given i.p. In studies of the analgesic effect of Semax, we found a positive dose–effect correlation when given i.p. On intranasal
administration the peptide had no analgesic action. Thus, the relationships between the nootropic and analgesic effects of Semax and dose differed.

>Extraneuronal transport of ACTH fragments along the olfactory nerves seems the most likely, as the effects of peptides are seen within a few minutes of administration. In the case of the transport of small peptides via the intercellular spaces, transport has been shown to require more than 10 min
[20]. Intranasal administration of ACTH(4–10) in humans leads to increases in CSF levels by 10 min, with maximum levels at 30 min post-administration [12]. In our experiments, the effects of Semax were seen 15–30 min after administration, which coincides with the time frame seen in studies of the effects of intranasally administered peptide molecules of similar structure. The marked nootropic action and the absence of any analgesic effect of Semax given intranasally provide evidence that the peptide travels via the extraneuronal pathway through the olfactory epithelium to reach brain areas with influences on memory and learning processes (the hippocampus, amygdala) but not associated with the regulation of pain sensitivity.

The differences in the relationship between the nootropic and analgesic effects of Semax and peptide structure, dose, and route of administration seen in our studies provide evidence for differences in the mechanisms and brain structures involved in mediating these effects.

So you can see that nasal and injection lead to two different effects. So while yes people in Russia might not normally inject, there is scientific evidence for why some react better to it than nasal. This is the scientific evidence I am talking about that you so easily ignore. You criticize us for trying to expand our understanding of these substances, but you don't even research as to why we might be doing something. This is the difference between advancing knowledge, and stagnating by appealing to authority.

My first post was not actually allowed because of the direct selling prohibition, so I had to post it on Longecity. This is one of many things that I can use if I ever need to.

Again, what are you referring to here? It's one of the many things you can use if you ever need to? Use for what? I did not delete your first post. I did not even see your first post. Another moderator deleted it because you were a single dude without a company yet, trying to sell products from Russia. Once you created your company, and did your launch post, you could post here about your products. How in any way is that a poor reflection on me? What could you possibly be referencing with your statements about needing to use it? Please do not threaten me. I have had enough of that shit today.

I do not hate you. I can disagree with someone, and be annoyed with them, without disliking them. I do not know you. I am sure if I sat and had a beer with you, you would be a perfectly fine person. I just disagree with your constant appeals to authority on things where we have scientific data. Want to question and appeal to authority when there is zero data? Fine, that is healthy. Discuss your scientific disagreements with me in a constructive way. Perhaps we can both learn from it. But you need to do it in a scientific constructive way, not a constant "well that is how it's done in Russia!" argument. There is data showing oral Noopept has low bioavailability, and leads to different metabolites and effects than other routes. There is data showing different ROAs of Semax lead to different effects, and you should know that dosages vary based on the population. If you want to reference some scientific data refuting that, and get into a constructive discussion regarding these things, I am fine with that.
