Do nootropics expire? (Phenylpiracetam, caffeine/theanine, and piracetam)

Hey, I bought the follows nootropics about a year ago from nootropics depot, however there is no expiration date on any of the products. Does anyone think they would still be fine after a year exactly?

If you want to for the memory effects, but not to combat the toxicity. Florescent lights have small amounts of mercury in them. So that's your main worry with exposure in the warehouse you are working. Mercury will cause dysfunction in mineral transport and severe deficiencies in zinc and magnesium. So I would supplement zinc and a good magnesium, like glycinate or L-threonate. Then I would take some good antioxidants and selenium, as that will help prevent mercury from damaging you. Vitamin C and E are a good base, then I would probably take Na-R-ALA and N-acetylcysteine.
