Ceretropic Not Secure?

Hello everyone,
I've ordered nootropics from ceretropic with great success in the past but a recent order didn't go through. Instead, someone tried to authorize a different amount of $ on my credit card in Shanghai (I'm in the US).
Has anyone had a similar experience? If not...beware in the meantime...

Public wars between vendors are not good for the community. My interest is only to get Ceretropic back to running normal, and protect our operations from any further damage down the line.
Man i hate that. I had a vendor for China stich me up with Amazon because we were selling the same thing. Bear in mind they could sell at 1/4 of the price i could for the item but mine were in country, yet they chose to fight dirty and got us both affected (and them even more whne i found out who it was and got it confirmed).
Just freaking be better instead of trying to get your competitor shut down. people vote with their feet and this is especially true with nootropics. it is why i order from you guys and pay import tax and more postage then local vendors because you go the extra mile.

I wish I could say it is surprising how much shady shit goes on in the background, but I am not surprised anymore. We've had to deal with a lot of it on the moderation side of things. Some people are cutthroat, and certain industries are sketchier than others. The SARM/Peptide space seems to be a bit more than the Nootropic space, but it can happen anywhere.
Don't worry, I know how to be pragmatic, and to not let emotions cloud my logical judgement. I will only be concentrating on getting Ceretropic back to normal. I am not interested in feuds. It's too stressful.
