Ceretropic Not Secure?

Hello everyone,
I've ordered nootropics from ceretropic with great success in the past but a recent order didn't go through. Instead, someone tried to authorize a different amount of $ on my credit card in Shanghai (I'm in the US).
Has anyone had a similar experience? If not...beware in the meantime...

I placed an order, my bank asked me via text, email, and phone call, if the order was legit. It was marked from shanghai, and as a "women's specialty store." Paul said consider it a glitch for now, and to let the transaction go through. I did, and no problems since.
They're having trouble with payment processors, and had to switch to an offshore processor for credit card transactions as a temporary measure. This is what's giving the sketchy details. My order wasn't even the same amount, it was upcharged ~$5; but I'll let it slide, as Ceretropic has done a lot for me in the past.
My order was placed friday morning, and by the looks of it, it should arrive by monday morning.
edit: Order arrived Monday, as expected; no problems. Aside from the sketchy 1990's appearance of the CC checkout process, and despite having to confirm the bank charge via text message.. ..it was pretty much the same as any other transaction with Ceretropic has been. Quick and painless. My heart goes out to Ceretropic. HARD.
