Best you've ever felt from nootropics - what did you take?

Further preclinical and clinical studies are needed to evaluate the dopaminergic neurotoxic potential of therapeutic doses of amphetamine in children as well as adults
Also, everything else you said was anecdotal.

Well, adderallworks, you have not given any scientific data to back up your claims, and are quite clearly not the most unbiased of sources on the matter. Of course the study would say further preclinical and clinical studies are needed in humans. Do you really think that the primate models will show dopaminergic damage, where humans won't?
This is the exact type of thing I am talking about. Someone who clearly uses Adderall, making unsubstantiated claims that "there's almost no risks" with its use. Then when presented with a contrary study, picks the only line in the abstract that would cast any doubt. No need to have a frank discussion about the possibility that therapeutic dosages of amphetamine have long-term risks. No, as long as a doctor prescribes it, it's perfectly safe. No need to look further, and possibly find way to mitigate any risks. Nope. Move along little doggy. Move along.
