What kind of tests do you have your GP or a lab conduct (regularly/occasionally/once)?

What kind of tests do you have your GP or a lab conduct in order to ensure ideal efficiency in the uptake and function of your noots? I am talking about vitamins, hormone levels, antioxidant levels, and so on. Specific blood tests, biomarkers in the skin/sweat, etc. you could recommend?

Vitamin D for sure. Most people don't know they are deficient. Hell, even I know all the stats, and my latest blood tests show I was deficient. I just have not been getting the sun I used to, because I have been in the office so much.
