starting taking it 3x daily. This seems like a recipe for absolute disaster since it's a mu-opiod agonist. what's the consensus on this? plenty of people seem to use it chronically w/o problems.

Yes. I don't take daily or more than once in day or I get bad effects. I wonder if the anti serotonin effects are harsher cuz it does induce irritability and stuff. The main effects I notice seem to be dopamine stuff. But also the glutamate stuff. I need to try low daily doses maybe sometime but I like the boost as needed effects a lot

You can also try the sulfate salt, which will have lower peak plasma effects, but keep those effects for longer. If you are looking more for therapeutic, the smoother and longer lasting effects would suit you better. The irritability seems to be more of an effect of the peaky nature of the sodium salt.
