starting taking it 3x daily. This seems like a recipe for absolute disaster since it's a mu-opiod agonist. what's the consensus on this? plenty of people seem to use it chronically w/o problems.

clinical sources indicate the anti-depressant effects are built up over time, similar to other ADs, though almost everyone's experience speaks the contrary. I notice daily dosing has picked me out of the bad slump I was in, but I still feel a bit off-balance/weird - like I haven't adjusted to the med. I'm hoping this will correct itself over time. :|
also, even though I love your sublingual preparation; I guess I have a paranoid concern that when I forget to shake the bottle, the T is unevenly distributed throughout and I'm megadosing it or not getting any at all. This sounds weird I know.

No, the tianeptine solution is stable, and should remain uniform for usage. You do not have to worry about that.
