Expanding hippocompal volume with NSI-189 and Tianeptine.

Tianeptine reduces stress-induced reductions in hippocampal volume. NSI-189 IIRC continuously expands hippocompal volume. IIRC increased, continuous expansion of the hippocampal volume can lead to drastic improvements in cognitive performance, working memory, depth perception, and motor-skill function.
NSI's expanding properties, and tianpetines reduction reducing properties, when combined, could they lead to even more hippocampal volume expansion? Leading to more profound effects?

You have your own R&D department? With qualified scientists and good funding? If not, doesn't sound like anything I'd put too much trust in. I know a few people at a university who are working on some extremely potent neurogenic substances (induces hippocampal proliferation of hippocampal stem cells into neurons as well as increasing dendritic complexity). It's a tough job, requires lots of resources for both in vitro assays and in vivo tests on rats, amongst other things. I doubt this would be possible without funding in the range of millions of dollars.

In all seriousness, we are only making slight modifications to the molecule, that will not affect its receptor affinities. We are not developing all new substances from the ground up. That would require much more funding than we have.
Some people might be put off by it, and choose to avoid the substance. I fully expect that to be the case for many of the people out there. The same can be said for the normal version of NSI-189 until the trials conclude. These are not going to be for the conservative at heart.
