Expanding hippocompal volume with NSI-189 and Tianeptine.

Original post in this thread

Tianeptine reduces stress-induced reductions in hippocampal volume. NSI-189 IIRC continuously expands hippocompal volume. IIRC increased, continuous expansion of the hippocampal volume can lead to drastic improvements in cognitive performance, working memory, depth perception, and motor-skill function.

NSI's expanding properties, and tianpetines reduction reducing properties, when combined, could they lead to even more hippocampal volume expansion? Leading to more profound effects?

very interesting. what are you basing your decision to a synthesis any particular compound on?

I just had an idea and wanted to get your feedback. why dont you come up with a framework so people who purchase can volunteer to participate in informal research so you can get useful feedback on the efficacy of the compound, instead of just anecdotal evidence. this in turn would help drive sales.

for example, for each person who purchases, give them a 5% discount if they measure their findings and participate in the study etc. you could mail them two bottles. one labeled the real thing. and another labeled research bottle. the research bottle could either contain placebo or the actual drug. and then make it a selling point for people to buy the product, and get a free bottle of either placebo or the actual drugs to try so they can participate. They could be getting a 50/50 chance of getting more of the compound for free. aside from all the legal issues. they could report the findings and register all the relevant information on your website, it might be a really good idea to increase sales, and get meaningful measures feedback on the efficacy of the product. and it would need to be uniform. so each person takes the same dosage, etc. and ideally the participants wouldnt know if they were sent the placebo bottle or the regular bottle. eventually of course when the study concludes,…

We are basing our decisions on a lot of variables. Obviously the compound has to be economically feasible first and foremost. Not very many people would pay $100-200 for a month supply of a given compound. But the main decision maker is the novel effects and efficacy of the molecule.

The idea about the informal research is a good one. I think that would be a very cool program to have in the future. I am going to have to brainstorm on how best to accomplish it.

NSI-189 producing company´s CEO writes about it´s nootropic effects.

Replying to inSeason · Could you elaborate a bit more on this? I'm very interested for personal usage and investing potential.

NSI-189 gave me a nice low-level mood increase for the first four weeks or so. Then I did not notice much for a week. Then about week five I started getting hyper-emotional. I had anxiety, and weird bouts of sadness. Lik

Should I expect to "feel" something from a Nootropic?

For healthy people, most racetams are going to be subtle. However, a lot of people out there have anxiety, depression, lethargy, brain fog, etc. For those people, racetams can be very noticeable. Also, the newer racetam

I like to store all nootropic powders in hand-sewn animal skin pouches. Nothing like the inside of a water buffalo to stabilize Tianeptine, let me tell you.

I would not call them that. Neuralstem is almost through FDA trials for NSI-189, so they are using the patent. Not sure about the Tianeptine Sulfate holders. However, it is a pretty recent patent. It will be years, if no
