Expanding hippocompal volume with NSI-189 and Tianeptine.

Original post in this thread

Psychoactivekittykat · 15 points

Tianeptine reduces stress-induced reductions in hippocampal volume. NSI-189 IIRC continuously expands hippocompal volume. IIRC increased, continuous expansion of the hippocampal volume can lead to drastic improvements in cognitive performance, working memory, depth perception, and motor-skill function.

NSI's expanding properties, and tianpetines reduction reducing properties, when combined, could they lead to even more hippocampal volume expansion? Leading to more profound effects?

have you consulted with a lawyer specializing in patents? i am a law student and i havent taken patent law. but this strikes me as likely not being allowed. you may be able to take some defensive measures to protect yourselves and avoid any litigation so it would be a good idea to meet with someone specializing in this area of the law.

We have not consulted a lawyer. I am not sure there is enough demand for this particular product for us to warrant that kind of cost. I may speak to some friends of mine that deal in patent law.

NSI-189 producing company´s CEO writes about it´s nootropic effects.

Replying to inSeason · Could you elaborate a bit more on this? I'm very interested for personal usage and investing potential.

NSI-189 gave me a nice low-level mood increase for the first four weeks or so. Then I did not notice much for a week. Then about week five I started getting hyper-emotional. I had anxiety, and weird bouts of sadness. Lik

Should I expect to "feel" something from a Nootropic?

For healthy people, most racetams are going to be subtle. However, a lot of people out there have anxiety, depression, lethargy, brain fog, etc. For those people, racetams can be very noticeable. Also, the newer racetam

I like to store all nootropic powders in hand-sewn animal skin pouches. Nothing like the inside of a water buffalo to stabilize Tianeptine, let me tell you.

Replying to RonObvious · Ah, patent trolls.

I would not call them that. Neuralstem is almost through FDA trials for NSI-189, so they are using the patent. Not sure about the Tianeptine Sulfate holders. However, it is a pretty recent patent. It will be years, if no

It's expensive. All the Tianeptine labs just raised prices for everyone across the board by 25-30%. However, we did not raise prices. We actually lowered sulfate pricing. The increase is because demand is outpacing suppl
