Noopept sublingual 3x is inconvenient. Does anyone regularly use solution/blotters?

I use Noopept less often because dosing is inconvenient.
I'd love to hear from anyone who regularly uses a solution, or if you've tried blotter paper, though I have no experience with sublingual blotter paper.
I recall a few months back that /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb was working on noopept solution product, anything new with that?
EDIT: Slightly easier to read.

What's the mouthfeel like on that solution? For some reason I imagine pg/vg to be really oily and unpleasant... Is it just a 50/50 mix of those two, or do you have to add anything else to aid absorption?

It is not a 50/50 mix. The mouthfeel is not oily. For our noopept, we have PG, VG, and flavoring. Other solutions have different things in them depending on the solubility of the primary ingredient.
