Noopept sublingual 3x is inconvenient. Does anyone regularly use solution/blotters?

I use Noopept less often because dosing is inconvenient.
I'd love to hear from anyone who regularly uses a solution, or if you've tried blotter paper, though I have no experience with sublingual blotter paper.
I recall a few months back that /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb was working on noopept solution product, anything new with that?
EDIT: Slightly easier to read.

If I were to dose 3x a day, I have to measure with a milligram scale each time. - It's quite inconvenient.
I've heard around 9% of orally consumed Noopept actually becomes effective.
Sure, I could encapsulate 200mg of Noopept and hope that I experience the equivalent effect of 20mg sublingual, but I'm not comfortable with that idea.

You can buy our solution! It's so much more convenient. I no longer have to bust out my scale multiple times a day to get the small dosages. Plus, the propylene glycol helps with absorption, and the flavoring masks the taste. I actually like the taste of our solution.
Are you sure 20mg sublingual is your ideal dosage? I find that lowering it to 10mg is best for long term. 20mg starts to lead to me forgetting words.
