Noopept sublingual 3x is inconvenient. Does anyone regularly use solution/blotters?

I use Noopept less often because dosing is inconvenient.
I'd love to hear from anyone who regularly uses a solution, or if you've tried blotter paper, though I have no experience with sublingual blotter paper.
I recall a few months back that /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb was working on noopept solution product, anything new with that?
EDIT: Slightly easier to read.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering what the end molecular result of the breakdown of noopept in water would be.

It's a peptide, so it would break down into amino acid parts: proline, glycine, and phenylacetic acid.
