Noopept sublingual 3x is inconvenient. Does anyone regularly use solution/blotters?

I use Noopept less often because dosing is inconvenient.
I'd love to hear from anyone who regularly uses a solution, or if you've tried blotter paper, though I have no experience with sublingual blotter paper.
I recall a few months back that /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb was working on noopept solution product, anything new with that?
EDIT: Slightly easier to read.

I had a feeling water would break it down. Mainly it was an intuition since my chemistry is a little rusty. Any idea how long it takes? I'm assuming temperature and agitation would effect this, even a rough estimate would be appreciated.
Edit:
If you happen to know what the products are or can point to somewhere were I can find them that would be neat to know as well.

Hydrolysis would happen fairly quickly. I would not store noopept in water any longer than a day.
What products are you referring to?
