I'm taking 1x 500mg 5:1 a day.
I find the dosage level to be good for me, but could someone provide me with advice regards when is best to take a break and for how long?

I cannot take maca anymore. My body formed an allergy to it, and I get EXTREMELY sick if I take any. It sucks, because I got great results for the 2 weeks before I formed the allergy. It actually made me sick for a month
