Trying to figure things out a little to help with superfatigue.

Trying to find something that might help me fight the constant tiredness.
Just stopped my antidepressant, my mood is decent enough, and I know they make some people really tired. Had some methylphenidate prescribed by my old doc to try and help, but 36mg did nothing. Caffeine does nothing (and I don't have a huge tolerance, I don't consume much). Energy drinks do nothing.
Blood work shows nothing off. Shit, I'm not even anemic as a young female. I have some vitamin D that I try and remember to take, but I've just been taking 1000iu when I do remember. I have some 5HTP butttt I've heard mixed things.
- Is the l-theanine+caffeine thing worth it if caffeine doesn't help?
- Rhodiola rosea. People seem to be in love with this? It affects dopamine, yeah? I tried bupropion once and was so restless I kind of freaked and decided I needed to cut (I don't have much of a history of that, so idk where the fuck that came from) and I couldn't sleep at all... Might this be a kinder alternative?
- My cuntbag of a doctor suggested fish oil as I was leaving, but I'm not sure she has even the slightest idea of what my problems/not problems are
Unrelated to nootropics, exercise would probably h…

You need a higher dose of vitamin D. I'd say 5,000iu every day. Drop the 5-HTP. Rhodiola will help regulate your NE levels. You are probably also low in vitamin B levels. I would suggest getting a sublingual coenzmated B complex. Take that every day. You may also be a poor methylator. You can add trimethylglycine in, or SAMe if you want to spend a little more money. You could also add in methylfolate.
Try this:
* 5,000iu Vitamin D
* Sublingual coenzymated B complex
* Either 400mg SAMe sealed in blister packs, or 500-700mg trimethylglycine
* 500mg Rhodiola (I like the Eclectic Institute capsules)
Then you should also do some light therapy every morning when you wake up. You can get a machine, or simply go outside and put your face in the sun for a few minutes. This will help regulate your sleep/wake cycle. Fish oil high in EPA and DHA would be good too. Not so much for energy, but mood.
