Cerebral Health Pyritinol Test Results (WARNING)

Many of you may remember the issue that came up with Cerebral Health/Bioscience Nutraceuticals a few months ago, where their choline bitartrate was numbing people's mouths. After sending those samples in to the lab, the tests came back negative for choline bitartrate. We suspected it was choline salacylate, but decided further testing to ascertain the exact compound would not be worth the cost. Unfortunately that was not the last issue to come from Cerebral Health.
A few weeks ago, another Redditor placed an order pyritinol from CH, along with some alpha GPC and oxiracetam. When the order arrived, both the alpha GPC and oxiracetam seemed alright. However, the pyritinol seemed off. Before thinking about it, he took his normal 400mg dose of pyritinol and went out for a mountain bike ride. Within 15-20 minutes he was getting a weird euphoria and detachment. After another couple minutes, his memory gets very fuzzy.
Eventually his sister found him in the garage in a manic/psychotic state. He was biting his lips very hard, shaking, and holding his fists tight. Eventually he went into seizures when the paramedics came. He was taken to the hospital and seized again while waiting for th…

Nootrabiolabs ships and handles returns from Illinois, which seems like a lot of work if they are the same as Cerebral Health. That there is some web page somewhere saying that Nootrabiolabs was/is in Florida for some business things might mean that there was some relationship, but I don't think it means they are the same company. The packaging is different, the shipping locations are different, and the people's names on the companies are different. From I've seen of all the Cerebral Health pages, they are better done and more slick than Nootrabiolabs and offer more products and information on using and dosage.

If this is a coincidence, then it's a pretty damn big one.
Nootrabiolabs' website is registered to an address in Florida that is just down the street as the one listed as Cerebral Health's main address on their FDA non-compliance letters.

I mean that is not conclusive, but the chances of two different and unrelated people down the street from one another starting nootropics suppliers is pretty small. According to the nootrabiolabs whois results, the contact is Miglena Vladimirova. However, if we look at the tax records for that property, we can see it's owned by a Daniel and Jonica Montgomery. Strange!

It is also a small house. I'd think a person that runs a relatively successful company would be living elsewhere, but that may not be the case. So I dig a little deeper into tax records, and what do I find? The Whois records were entered incorrectly. If we look at the tax records for the address listed by the FDA as the main address for Cerebral Health, we can see the owner of the house back in 2010, when the FDA sent the letters to CH, is none other than Miglena Vladimirova! She foreclosed on the house not too long after that in November 2011. Coincidentally, this is when Cerebral Health's address also changed.

So we have conclusive evidence that the Cerebral Health FDA non-compliance letters were sent to an address registered as Nootrabiolabs main address, and to a woman listed as Nootrabiolabs main contact. It seems that house was foreclosed on not too long after the FDA letters were sent. This is also around the same time that Cerebral Health moved to their new address 10 miles away, 1320 S. Federal Highway, Suite 211, Stuart, FL 34994 USA.
Even on Cerebral Health's website they say:
Cerebral Health, LLC was incubated at the Alexandria Innovation Center in Jupiter, Florida- a state-of-the-art biomedical lab facility situated in a life sciences research cluster that includes The Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience and The Scripps Research Institute.
So their LLC was grown in a petri dish in the same small city in Florida that Nootrabiolabs started in. Also, their official FDA mail was being sent to the same address of the person listed as starting Nootrabiolabs, who's tax records show was the owner of the house. Then, the tax records show once that house was foreclosed on, Cerebral Health moved their address to their current one.
I can dig further into the LLCs, new addresses, and tax records if needed. However, it's pretty clear that Cerebral Health and Nootrabiolabs are VERY related to one another.
