Cerebral Health Pyritinol Test Results (WARNING)

Many of you may remember the issue that came up with Cerebral Health/Bioscience Nutraceuticals a few months ago, where their choline bitartrate was numbing people's mouths. After sending those samples in to the lab, the tests came back negative for choline bitartrate. We suspected it was choline salacylate, but decided further testing to ascertain the exact compound would not be worth the cost. Unfortunately that was not the last issue to come from Cerebral Health.
A few weeks ago, another Redditor placed an order pyritinol from CH, along with some alpha GPC and oxiracetam. When the order arrived, both the alpha GPC and oxiracetam seemed alright. However, the pyritinol seemed off. Before thinking about it, he took his normal 400mg dose of pyritinol and went out for a mountain bike ride. Within 15-20 minutes he was getting a weird euphoria and detachment. After another couple minutes, his memory gets very fuzzy.
Eventually his sister found him in the garage in a manic/psychotic state. He was biting his lips very hard, shaking, and holding his fists tight. Eventually he went into seizures when the paramedics came. He was taken to the hospital and seized again while waiting for th…

Maybe I am being a bit picky here but
Again, I am not saying it's MDPV. In fact, I assure you it is not MDPV.
From your original post.
>Since 400mg is a normal dose for pyritinol, but a massive dose for MDPV, that is most likely what caused the blackout and seizures.
Although later in the post.
Until we do a full workup, I cannot say for sure if this substance was MDPV or another cathinone derivative. However, it is definitely a psychoactive compound other than pyritinol.
That aside.
Was there any mention of his pulse at the hospital or only the psychosis like symptoms? I would like to quote one persons experience with a large dose of MDPV for reference(Given your knowledge of the subject I am guessing that you might have see this already).
This was an email that the person sent to a vender after getting one from them stating that they had mixed up his order.
>Oh my God it all makes so much sense now. Please let me do my story, and please believe me its the truth.
I was doing some experimentation with the XXX I also ordered and at the tail end of it took 100mg of your "MDAI" and when that did not have have the appropriate effects I added 200mg more within an hour.
Sir in 2002 I had a heart attack. Now I felt trememdous cardiovacular urges that got worse and worse. 112 was called, I was rushed to accidents & emergencies and put on the cardiac monitor. My resting…

Well I was using MDPV in that sense to mean whatever cathinone derivative it is. I should have worded it better. I just knew nobody would know what I was talking about if I said naphyrone or buphedrone.
His pulse was definitely elevated. I'll have to ask him the specific heart rate readings they took. We've spoken about the issue over the phone many times, so I do have more information than all that I typed out. It's also his impression that this is something like naphyrone. Another Redditor also wrote me a few hours ago saying that he used to use substituted cathinones all the time, and that this sounds just like naphyrone or buphedrone. He too thinks that MDPV is likely not the substance, as 400mg would be deadly. I have also read a few trip reports of 200-300mg doses of naphyrone, and the symptoms seems to match up.
Again, it could very well be something completely different. I just can't come up with anything else.
