Ceretroopic - Sublingual Coluracetam, Noopept and Memanine?

I received this and Memantine about a week ago, and began using it on top of my other nootropics (but kept them a little more to a minimum and didnt use any modafinil).
I must have taken 2 or 3 doses but didnt feel anything.
I tried to keep it in my mouth and under my tongue as long as possible but didnt seem to matter. It could have been something else but I actually felt my mood was DOWN and rather unemotional, but I cant attribute that to coluracetam as it could have been something else that week.
At any rate I have stopped taking it and since last night have started taking the memantine, starting with about 10mg-15mg a day and dividing it up so I dont get this widely talked about brain fog I might get at the start. I'll see what happens, and go back to coluracetam in a couple of weeks to see if I get the same lack of results and low mood again.
What are others experiences of these? I'm also interested in the Noopept Solution since I have taken some Noopet pills for a little while and like the effects.
(Also, I like L-Theanine, is it worth getting a sublingual version?)

I dont suppose you could give a brief line or two about why you take each?

It's my take on the traditional ECA stack. However, I think taking aspirin long term is silly, when we have better options. So the ephedrine and caffeine is self explanatory. They are damn good stimulants. The L-arginine is to replace the aspirin, to control vasoconstriction. I add in L-theanine for the GABA support, and the taurine for the cardiovascular support. Then the CoQ10 is to help in the transport of energy into the mitochondria. The EGCG is a good antioxidant, and helps potentiate the ephedrine. You will notice a lot of thermogenesis on this stack, and will burn fat very easily. I also add in ALCAR, but forgot to put it up there.
