The time has finally come to launch our nootropics site! For those of you that don’t know, a fellow Redditor, /u/guacamolium, approached me a while back. He was interested in starting a nootropics vendor, and thought partnering with me would be a good fit. We pretty much always agreed with each other when speaking on this forum, and had similar visions for what we wanted in a vendor. So after many long discussions, we decided to go into business together. After much preparation, and many unforeseen bumps, we are ready to launch!
Our initial goal is going to be filling a part of the market that does not exist yet: nootropics in sublingual dropper vials. Many people always ask if they need a scale to be accurate, or how to conveniently and quickly capsule nootropics with accuracy. As many of you know, there really is no way to do that without a scale and time. For a lot of you, that’s not something high on the list of things you want to do. Enter sublingual dropper vials.
Over the years, I’ve taken a few supplements in dropper vials; and loved how easy it was to dose and be done with it. The main one I’ve always used was sublingual B vitamins. The ability to just wake up, grab th…

ScienceGuy, who paid $16,000 to get Colouracetam synthesized >99.9% purity says at least 1 synthesis component is highly-toxic, hence the need for high purity:
"1) COLURACETAM is very lengthy, complex and time consuming to synthesize; and hence if anyone wishes to consider having it custom synthesized it will be pretty expensive if you wish to end up with a product that isn't contaminated with potentially highly toxic impurities (at least one of the synthesis component ingredients is very toxic; whereas the final substance, COLURACETAM, is not)": http://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/58609-coluracetam-user-feedback/
Do you know how pure the current batch of COLURACETAM is? If not, have you guys tried with no noticeable side effects?

I would never sell a product that I did not trust. Both Jason and I have been taking this coluracetam for months without issue. However, that's not good enough going forward. That is why we are paying for a more expensive NMR to create the reference standards for it.
As far as ScienceGuy's claim that one of the synthesis components is highly toxic, technically that is correct. That's can be said for pretty much any compound. Salt's components are highly toxic. Step 4 of 6 in coluracetam's synthesis uses (2,7H-dihydro)P-pyridinamine(9,13)10,11dimethylfuran, which is definitely toxic. However, no chemist would allow a compound from step 4 through the final purification step, due to steam distillation and/or centrifuge purification techniques. But there is another synthesis for coluracetam that does not even use that compound in the process.
